Studio Maggs is a family partnership led by sisters Jasmine Maggs and Marisa Maggs, both licensed architects. We specialize in providing comprehensive architecture and interior design services, focusing on both residential and commercial projects. Our collaborative approach reflects a deep passion for innovative and functional design, ensuring each project is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
While our primary focus is on residential projects—such as single-family homes, cottages, full renovations, additions, and accessory dwelling units—we also excel in multiplex design and commercial, retail, and service industry spaces. We guide our clients through every phase of the project from initial planning, concept, design development , permitting + approvals through to construction, with additional services in interior design, furniture selection, and styling available upon request.

Jasmine Maggs is a partner at Studio Maggs, and a licensed architect in Ontario, who has been working professionally in architecture in Toronto since 2008.She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Toronto. Previous to starting Studio Maggs, Jasmine worked at many esteemed firms, Kongats Architects and Drew Mandel Architects among them. Her contribution to projects in these offices helped garner OAA and Governor General Awards, both prestigious awards nation-wide.
When she is not Architecting, Jasmine enjoys travelling the world, learning even more languages, seeking out great food and vintage finds.

Marisa is a licensed architect in Ontario and partner at Studio Maggs.
Marisa earned her Masters of Architecture from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Design specializing in Environmental Design from OCAD University. She has over 17 years of diverse experience at award winning interior design and architecture firms including Dubbeldam Architecture + Design and TACT Architecture. She has worked on varying scales of residential architecture, as well as commercial and hospitality interiors.
Marisa seeks to provide meaningful and inspiring design, rooted in sustainability, that enriches the lives of the inhabitants and the urban environment alike.
When she is not working she loves trying new restaurants, travelling and visiting art galleries and architecture, gardening and creating art with her two kids.
